How we choose stock.
Four rules. They rule most things out, which is the point.

We keep the range short
Twenty lines rather than four hundred. A short range is one we can answer questions about properly, which is the point of keeping it short.

Described, not sold
We describe what something is for and leave the specification to the packaging, rather than dressing a product line up with claims. If you need a measurement confirmed before you order, ask and we will check it.

One honest price
No struck-through price that nothing was ever sold at. When something is genuinely reduced we say what it was and for how long.

Ask before you buy
Sizing is where most returns come from, particularly on beds, collars and harnesses. Email us with your measurements before you order and we will tell you honestly whether something will fit.

A shop this small can only compete on judgement. We would rather stock twenty things we can answer for than four hundred we cannot. That is the whole strategy.

Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday leave the same day, tracked, with the number emailed to you.

30 days to change your mind
Send anything back unused within 30 days for a full refund. That sits on top of your statutory rights.
